Paramedic: Mr. Harrison? Here is your baby boy. He’s completely clear, breathing fine, and his temperature is back up to normal.
Mark: Leo... oh, my sweet little boy! Come here... daddy's got you.
Paramedic: He's a tough little guy. Didn't even cry once we got him wrapped in the warm blankets.
Mark: He has his mother's strength. Clara was the strongest person I ever knew.
Senior Officer: Mr. Harrison, our forensic team will be securing the residence for the next forty-eight hours to gather remaining evidence from the bathroom and master safe.
Mark: Take everything you need. I am never bringing my son back into this house anyway.
Senior Officer: A wise choice, sir. The bank accounts and trust funds under her name will be frozen by court order within the hour.
Mark: Make sure her estate lawyers don't get a single penny. I want every asset tied up in legal proceedings until she is sentenced.
Senior Officer: Trust me, with the evidence Clara left behind, prosecutor's won't offer a plea deal. She is facing life without parole.
Mark: That's the only justice my wife and son deserve.
Officer Ramirez: Take care of that boy, sir. He's got a guardian angel watching over him.
Mark: She really was an angel... Thank you, officers. Thank you for saving my life today.
Senior Officer: We were just doing our duty, Mr. Harrison. Clara did the heavy lifting six months ago.
Mark: Goodbye, officers.
Mark adjusted the warm white towel around Leo, holding the baby tight against his chest as he walked down the driveway away from the mansion. The air was crisp, the sun breaking through the afternoon clouds over Dallas. He looked down into his son's bright blue eyes—the exact same eyes Clara had when she smiled at him on their wedding day. The luxury house, the money, and the evil woman who tried to destroy them were all in the past now. For the first time since Clara died, Mark took a deep breath of relief, knowing that his family was finally safe, and justice had prevailed.
