Elena: You are sick, Clara! You locked an innocent two-year-old child inside a concrete and drywall cavity like an animal!
Clara: Step away from that wall this instant, Elena, or I will ensure you never work another day in this state! You have no idea who you are dealing with!
Elena tightened her grip on the edge of the jagged opening, shielding the trembling toddler with her own body as Clara advanced with threatening strides. The sheer audacity in Clara's voice made Elena’s blood boil with a righteous fury that overpowered every shred of fear she had previously felt.
Elena: Try me! Call the police yourself, or I will scream until the entire neighborhood swarms this mansion!
Clara: You absolute fool! Richard believes his son is dead and gone overseas! If you ruin this settlement for me, I will destroy your entire life!
Elena: Richard is going to walk through those doors any minute now, and he is going to find out every single lie you've spun!
Clara’s face flushed a deep, violent crimson as she lunged forward, trying to grab Elena’s hair and drag her away from the opening. Elena twisted away sharply, elbowing Clara back with a desperate defensive shove that sent the elegant woman stumbling against the grand staircase railing.
Clara: You insolent trash! How dare you lay a hand on me!
Elena: Stay back, Clara! Keep your toxic hands away from both of us!
Clara: You are ruining a multi-million-dollar inheritance! Do you understand what is at stake here? He was supposed to stay forgotten!
Elena: A child's life is worth more than all your blood money and fake estate portfolios combined!
The little boy inside the dark wall cavity began coughing violently from the plaster dust, his tiny hands reaching out desperately toward Elena's sleeves. Elena ignored Clara's furious screeching and focused entirely on the innocent victim gasping for clean air.
Leo: It hurts, Elena... It's so dark in here...
Elena: I know, baby boy. Come to me, put your little hands in mine.
Clara: Push him back in! Seal the drywall up before Richard gets home from the boardroom! Do you hear me?
Elena: You belong in a prison cell, Clara. Your time of terror in this house is officially over.
Clara: You think a penniless maid can defeat me? I have the best divorce lawyers and prenuptial ironclad clauses in all of Dallas!
Elena: Let’s see how well your lawyers protect you when a grieving father discovers his son was buried alive in his own foyer!
Clara’s expression flickered with a sudden, genuine terror as she heard the familiar deep rumble of a luxury engine pulling up into the circular driveway outside. The heavy oak front double doors began to unlatch, signaling the premature return of the master of the house.
