The elevator doors at the end of the hallway chimed softly, opening to reveal Richard Vance, a tall, stern man in his sixties wearing an expensive charcoal suit. He walked down the corridor with an air of absolute authority, flanked by two corporate defense attorneys.
Richard: Arthur, what is the meaning of this commotion? Why are all the staff standing around instead of preparing for the transfer of assets?
Arthur: Look at the floor, Richard. Look who is standing right beside me.
Richard: What is a maid doing in the middle of an executive hallway? Get her back to work or fire her immediately!
Arthur: Look at her face, you coward!
Richard stopped walking, his calm expression instantly turning pale as he locked eyes with the elderly woman standing in Arthur's tight embrace.
Richard: Evelyn? No... this is impossible. You're dead!
Evelyn: I am very much alive, Richard. And your lies have finally come to an end.
Richard: Arthur, step away from that woman! She's an impostor trying to shake down our family estate for money!
Arthur: Shut your mouth! I pulled back her glove myself. I saw the H-shaped brand from the iron fence that burned into her arm while she saved my life while you ran out of the house like a coward to save your own skin!
Richard: You don't know what you're talking about! Security, remove this woman from the premises now!
Arthur: Touch her and every single security guard on this floor will be fired on the spot! I own this firm now, Richard! I own the building, I own the assets, and I hold every piece of evidence showing how you stole her inheritance twenty years ago!
Richard: You can't prove anything in a court of law! The statute of limitations has passed!
Arthur: For fraud? Maybe. But for kidnapping, document forgery, and grand larceny? The district attorney is already on his way upstairs right now with federal agents!
