Julian: Sit down, Sarah. Don't touch any of that glass.
Sarah: I can clean it up, Julian. It's my job...
Julian: Stop calling it your job. You are done working here as a maid starting right now.
Victoria: You can't just fire her and keep her in our house! That is a conflict of interest!
Julian: This house belongs to my family trust, Victoria. Not yours.
Victoria: My name is on the mortgage deed!
Julian: Your name is on the deed because my father trusted you before he passed away. But the prenuptial agreement was very clear about wire fraud and financial misconduct.
Sarah: Julian, her father came by yesterday afternoon while you were at the office.
Julian: What did he want?
Sarah: He brought documents for Victoria to sign. They were talking about selling the ranch in Austin without your knowledge.
Victoria: You quiet little thief! You were spying on me!
Julian: Keep your hands off her! If you touch Sarah again, I'll have security remove you in handcuffs!
Victoria: You're going to take the word of a pregnant maid over your own wife?
Julian: She's not just a maid, Victoria. She's the daughter of the woman who raised me when my own parents were too busy going to galas.
Sarah: My mother always remembered you, Julian. Even when her memory started fading, she kept talking about the little boy who loved drawing.
Julian: How is your mother doing, Sarah?
Sarah: She's in a care home in Dallas. The medical expenses are huge, and I was desperate... that's why I took this job under my maiden name.
Julian: You won't have to worry about her bills ever again. I'm taking care of everything.
Victoria: You can't use our joint account funds for her mother's care!
Julian: Watch me.
Victoria: I’m leaving! And when my lawyer calls you, you’ll be begging me to take you back!
Julian: Don't forget your bag, Victoria. Because once you walk out that door, the security codes will be changed.
