Several officers entered through the front doors.
The woman looked shocked when she saw them.
Woman: Why are the police here?

The little girl pointed toward her again.
Little Girl: Her.
The officers exchanged a serious look.
A man rushed toward the child and knelt beside her.
Man: You're safe now. You can tell us everything.
The little girl held onto him tightly.
Little Girl: I was scared nobody would believe me.
The man looked toward the woman.
Man: What happened here?
The woman could not answer immediately.
One officer stepped closer.
Officer: We need you to come with us and answer some questions.
The woman realized the situation had become much more serious than she expected.
