Victoria: You can't prove felony fraud! It's your word against mine!
Ethan: Is it? Look up at the security sensor near the foyer chandelier, Victoria.
Victoria's eyes darted toward the high ceiling, her skin turning ghost white.
Victoria: That camera... you said it was disconnected years ago during the restoration!
Ethan: I reconnected the whole security system last month when I noticed funds missing from the household accounts.
Clara: Everything... every slap, every threat... it's all recorded?
Ethan: Every single frame, Clara. High definition audio and video saved directly to our corporate cloud server.
Victoria: Ethan... please... we can talk about this in private. Don't ruin my life!
Ethan: You showed no mercy to Clara when she begged you for an advance on her wages for Lily's doctor bills!
Clara: You told me I was lazy... you told me my baby wasn't worth the cost of treatment...
Victoria: I was stressed! I had charity galas to organize! I wasn't thinking clearly!
Ethan: You were thinking perfectly clearly when you locked her rightful inheritance behind a wall!
Ethan pulled out his smartphone and dialed a direct number, putting the speakerphone on high volume.
Police Dispatch: Dallas Police Department, what is your emergency?
Ethan: My name is Ethan Sterling. I need an immediate unit at 4400 Royal Lane. I am holding a suspect for felony theft, assault, and estate fraud.
Victoria: Hang up that phone! Ethan, stop!
Police Dispatch: Units are en route, sir. Stay on the line.
Ethan: She is right here. She won't be escaping.
Ethan ended the call and tossed his phone onto the mahogany side table.
Victoria: You're a monster! You're destroying our family name over a maid!
Ethan: Clara isn't the maid anymore. You are the intruder in this house.
Clara: Uncle Ethan... I don't know what to say... I've been so scared for so long.
Ethan: You never have to be scared again, my dear. You are home now.
