Mark: Look at this, Elena. Just look at it.
Elena: I don't want to see it!
Mark: LOOK AT IT!
Mark shoved the phone right in front of Elena's face. On the video, Elena could be seen standing at the top of the grand staircase. She checked her watch, glanced toward the kitchen where Clara was working, and then calmly reached out her hands. She placed both palms against the back of the stroller handles and pushed it forward with clear, deliberate force.
Mark: You pushed her. You actually pushed a two-year-old child down marble stairs!
Elena: Mark... it was a mistake! I didn't mean to push hard! I just wanted to scare Clara so you would fire her!
Mark: You put my daughter's life at risk to get rid of a maid?! Do you hear how sick that sounds?!
Elena: I hated how much you trusted Clara! She was always in our business! She looked at me like she knew who I really was!
Mark: She knew you were a snake! And I was too blind to see it!
Elena: Mark, please! I love you! We can fix this! We can go to counseling!
Mark: Counseling? You belong in a cell!
Mark tapped the phone screen again and dialed a three-digit number, placing the phone to his ear.
Elena: Who are you calling?! Mark, hang up!
Mark: Emergency operator? Yes, I need police officers at 442 Highland Estate Drive immediately. I have a video recording of an attempted murder of a minor.
Elena: NO! Mark, put the phone down!
Elena lunged forward, clawing at Mark's arm to grab the phone. Mark pushed her back forcefully, sending her stumbling onto the marble floor where Clara had been sitting moments earlier.
Mark: Don't touch me! If you come near me or my daughter again, I swear to God I won't hold back!
Elena: You can't do this to me! I'm your wife! The Miller name will be ruined in the press!
Mark: I don't give a damn about the press! I care about my daughter!
Clara walked back into the foyer, holding Lily's hand. The little girl had stopped crying and was clutching a small stuffed bear.
Clara: Mr. Miller, the officers are outside the security gate. I opened the main entrance from the kitchen console.
Elena: You dirty little traitor! You set me up!
Clara: You set yourself up the moment you placed your hands on that innocent child's stroller, Mrs. Miller.
