Chief Administrator Vance: Turn that phone off right now! Guards, confiscate that device!
David: Touch my son and I swear to God you won't make it to the boardroom!
David stepped directly between the security officers and Toby, his chest broad, his eyes ablaze with protective fury. The guards hesitated, taking a step back.
Dr. Miller: Stand down, security! This ends now. I am the attending physician, and I am ordering a full medical audit of this entire case file.
Chief Administrator Vance: Miller, you are ruining your medical career! You owe your residency and chief appointment to this institution!
Dr. Miller: I owe my life to the oath I took to protect patients! Not to protect your executive bonus or cover up historical negligence!
Sarah: Look at the baby, David... he opened his eyes!
Through the glass window, the tiny baby squirmed slightly under the warming lamp, his small fingers wrapping weakly around Nurse Jenkins' pinky finger.
Nurse Jenkins: His respiration is stabilizing. Color is fully pink. Blood pressure is back within normal infant ranges.
Toby: Can I hold him now?
Dr. Miller: Let me get him stabilized on a standard nasal cannula first, kid. But... yeah. In a few minutes, you can hold your brother.
Chief Administrator Vance: This isn't over. My legal team will be filing an injunction regarding the unauthorized media broadcast.
David: File whatever you want, Vance. The original settlement contract contained a fraud clause. If the hospital knowingly suppressed life-saving genetic data, the NDA is legally void.
Chief Administrator Vance: You can't prove intent!
Toby: I already pulled the digital archive files from Grandma's original lawyer. He emailed them to my father three years ago, including the internal memo where you personally ordered the genetic history suppressed from public records!
Vance froze, his mouth opening slightly as he stared at the twelve-year-old boy who had systematically unraveled twenty years of corporate deception in less than an hour.
David: Get out of our sight before the news crew arrives at those lobby doors.
