Julian: Everything in this house was bought with Sterling money. You came into this marriage with nothing, and that is exactly how you're leaving.
With a firm shove, Julian pushed Margarethe out onto the stone porch. She stumbled in her high heels, losing her balance and falling heavily onto the driveway concrete, her designer dress tearing at the seam.
Margarethe: You bastard! You can't do this to me! I'll sue you! I'll take everything you have!
Julian: Try it. The police are already on their way. I pressed the panic button under the entryway console five minutes ago.
The faint sound of sirens began to echo in the distance, growing louder with every passing second.
Margarethe: Julian! Please! Don't let them arrest me! Think of my reputation! Think of the press!
Julian: You should have thought about your reputation before you tried to send an innocent woman to state prison for grand larceny.
Julian slammed the heavy double oak doors shut, locking the electronic deadbolts with a sharp mechanical click. He turned back toward the foyer, where Sarah was standing near the grand staircase, still trying to process everything.
Sarah: Julian... is this really true? Are we really brother and sister?
Julian: We are, Sarah. And I am so sorry I didn't tell you sooner. I wanted to make sure I had all the legal protections set up so no one—especially Margarethe—could touch what belongs to you.
Sarah: I don't care about the millions. I just... I spent my whole life thinking my father didn't care about me at all.
Julian: He cared. He was a flawed man, but he wanted to make sure you were taken care of. And starting today, you never have to wear that uniform again. Your mother will be transferred to the best medical center in the state tomorrow morning, fully paid for.
Sarah wiped away her tears, a soft, genuine smile finally appearing on her face.
Sarah: Thank you... brother.
Outside, the police sirens came to a screeching halt in the driveway. The loud, demanding voices of police officers echoed through the doors, commanding Margarethe to step away from the premises and put her hands behind her back. Inside, Julian walked over to his sister, placing a supportive arm around her shoulders as they looked out at a completely new future.
