Victoria: You've been spying on me in my own home!
Elena: It was never your home, Victoria. It was my father's house, built with his family's money.
Guest 2: Is this true, Victoria? Is the property really in his daughter's name?
Victoria: Shut up, Sarah! This is a private family matter!
Elena: There is nothing private about grand theft and fraud.
Elena stepped closer to the head of the table, looking down at Victoria with unwavering focus. She reached into her pocket again and pulled out a small black flash drive.
Elena: Do you recognize this, Victoria?
Victoria: Where did you get that? That was in my private study safe!
Elena: A safe in my father's study. You thought changing the combination to your birthday would keep people out.
Victoria: You broke into my safe! That's illegal! I'll have the police arrest you for burglary!
Elena: You can't burglarize a room you own. And what's on this flash drive is going straight to the district attorney and the IRS fraud department.
Guest 1: The IRS? What did you do, Victoria?
Elena: She forged my father's signature on his final bank documents while he was incapacitated in the hospital. She transferred three million dollars out of his business account into an offshore shell company.
Victoria: He gave me permission! He signed those papers himself!
Elena: The medical records prove he was under heavy sedation on the exact date those signature pages were notarized. My probate lawyer has already filed the formal lawsuit.
Victoria: You think you're so smart, don't you? Coming into my house, acting like a servant, cleaning my toilets!
Elena: Cleaning up after you wasn't hard work, Victoria. Watching you pretend to be a grieving widow while spending my father's hard-earned money was the hard part.
Victoria: You won't get a single penny! I'll hire the best foreclosure defense lawyers in Texas!
Elena: With what money? All bank accounts connected to the Vance estate were frozen by court order two hours ago.
