Beatrice: You think you can lay a hand on me in my own estate?
Clara: This isn't your estate, Beatrice! My late husband left this house in a trust fund for Lily!
Beatrice: Your late husband was my stepson, darling. And his will has more loopholes than you can afford to fight in court.
Elena: Clara, take Lily inside quickly. She's shivering violently. She needs a warm blanket right now.
Clara: Thank you, Elena. Keep an eye on her while I dial emergency services.
Beatrice: Go on, call the police. Let's see who they believe when they arrive at a multimillion-dollar Dallas mansion.
Clara: You threw a two-year-old baby into five feet of water! You're a monster!
Beatrice: You have zero proof. It’s your word against mine, and as far as the world is concerned, you've been mentally unstable since Richard died.
Clara: What are you talking about?
Beatrice: I've already spoken to my divorce lawyer and estate attorney. We have medical records drafted about your postpartum depression.
Clara: You forged medical documents?!
Beatrice: I prepared for this moment the day Richard passed away. I won't let a toddler inherit fifty million dollars while I get left with peanuts.
Elena: That is cruel, Mrs. Beatrice. That baby never hurt anyone.
Beatrice: Shut your mouth, Elena! You're a housekeeper here, not family. Know your place or you'll be on the street before nightfall.
Clara: Don't speak to her like that! She just saved my daughter's life while you watched her sink!
Beatrice: She's a paid employee. She did her job. Now take that wet brat inside before she ruins the hardwood floors.
Clara: I am calling 911 right now. I don't care how much money you have in your private bank account.
Beatrice: Go ahead. Push the buttons on your phone. See how fast my lawyers destroy your entire life.
Clara grabbed her phone with trembling hands and dialed the police. The emergency dispatcher answered on the second ring.
Dispatcher: 911 emergency, what is your location?
Clara: I need police officers at 4400 Highland Park Drive immediately! My stepmother pushed my two-year-old child into the swimming pool!
Dispatcher: Is the child safe now, ma'am?
Clara: Yes, my maid pulled her out, but my stepmother is threatening us!
Beatrice: Give me that phone, Clara!
Beatrice lunged forward, trying to snatch the phone from Clara's hand, but Elena stepped firmly between them.
Elena: Don't touch her, Mrs. Beatrice. Back away.
Beatrice: You're fired, Elena! Do you hear me?! Pack your bags and get out of my house!
Elena: I don't work for you. I was hired by Mr. Richard's estate executors. Only Clara can fire me.
Beatrice: We'll see about that when my legal team freezes the estate bank accounts tomorrow morning!
Clara: Sirens are already coming down the avenue, Beatrice. Let's see how smart your high-priced attorneys are when you're sitting in a holding cell.
Beatrice: They won't arrest me, Clara. You don't understand how power works in Dallas.
Clara: You tried to kill my child for an inheritance! Power won't save you from that!
